Almost all inspections are $70.00 and meet NPMA, FHA, and VA requirements. You do not have to be a Kee termite service customer but if you are you will receive a reduced rate. The price includes inspection, wood destroying insect report, and hand delivery.
Wether you are responsible for providing a wood destroying insect report at a closing or if you just want to get your own inspection for peace of mind, Kee will provide you with a quality report that is guaranteed accurate for 90 days. Kee can also provide a wood destroying organism attachment if necessary.
As a service to the real estate community we also offer information meetings for new agents (or a refresher for more experienced agents) to help you know what to expect from your termite inspector.
